How NODE99 reads the market
Every number here is computed from live public market data. Nothing is simulated, and no module hides how it reached its answer.
Chart controls
- Scroll zooms the time axis around the cursor.
- Drag pans; dragging vertically switches the price axis to manual.
- Drag the price axis rescales price without moving time.
- Shift + scroll zooms price instead of time.
- Double-click resets zoom and re-enables auto-scaling.
The Prime Indicator
Seven factors each score between −100 and +100 with a stated reason. The weighted sum is the model score; it has to clear the mode’s trigger before any trade prints.
| Factor | Weight | Reads |
|---|---|---|
| Trend | 0.20 | How far the fast EMA sits from the slow one, measured in ATR. |
| Market structure | 0.18 | Higher highs and lows against lower highs and lows. |
| Cumulative delta | 0.18 | The slope of CVD over the mode’s lookback. |
| Aggressor pressure | 0.14 | Net delta as a share of recent volume. |
| Absorption | 0.12 | Heavy volume that failed to move price, and thin extensions. |
| Book imbalance | 0.08 | Resting bid against ask liquidity. Excluded when the book is unavailable. |
| Profile location | 0.10 | Where price sits against the value area and POC. |
Two rules that matter
- Closed candles only. A signal computed from a candle still forming repaints, which makes it impossible to judge afterwards. The model drops the live bar.
- One-way trade lock. Once a setup prints, that direction stays the only valid one until TP1, TP2 or the stop closes it. The lock is shared across your NODE99 windows.
A signal can still be held back when the score clears the trigger — a last candle too small to enter on, factors that disagree, or an economic release inside the mode’s window. The reasons are always listed on the card. The calendar is a risk filter only: it suppresses entries around a release and is never read as a direction.

Delta Modules 1–7
- 1Delta per bar — Aggressor imbalance bar by bar, with the running high/low water marks.
- 2Cumulative delta — Session CVD with the trend of buying versus selling pressure.
- 3Delta divergence — Price making a new extreme while delta does not — the absorption tell.
- 4Delta at price — Delta distributed across price levels rather than across time.
- 5Session delta — Delta accumulated per trading session, Asia through to New York.
- 6Absorption & exhaustion — Heavy volume with no price progress, and thinning volume into a move.
- 7Delta momentum — Rate of change of delta, to separate acceleration from drift.
Market Volume Modules 1–2
- 1Visible range profile — Volume profile over exactly what is on screen, with POC and value area.
- 2Session profile — Per-session distributions with developing POC and value-area migration.
Measured versus inferred
Footprint, delta, CVD, the heatmap, DOM and tape are measured from trades and book updates. Two things are not, and the interface says so where it matters:
- Older profile bars are estimated. Bars the tick backfill has not reached only have OHLCV, so their volume is spread across the bar’s range and split by the exchange’s taker-buy ratio. The profile reports how many bars were estimated that way.
- The heatmap starts when you connect. Resting liquidity is not published historically by any exchange, so it cannot be backfilled. The chart states how much it has recorded.
What this is not
NODE99 is market-analysis software. It displays public market data, places no orders and holds no funds. Signals describe what order flow is doing; they are not investment advice, and they know nothing about your position size, costs or risk limits.
